Sag Harbor Sunset

With a goal of finding representation in a gallery in the Hamptons, I've started painting a body of work representative of the coast and inland landscape. This is the first of many to come! 24×24 acrylic on canvas.

Three Friends

As a child who played in the woods I often imagined the trees having personalities.   I imagine these three sharing many secrets,  many winters and spring leaves.   Size 18x18.  Headed north to the Wright Gallery soon!

Blue Marsh

I love the colors of the marsh grasses in the fall and the crisp pale blue reflections of the sky in the mud flats at low tide.  Size 12×24.

Glow

"Glow" 18×36....I've certainly held up traffic by sticking my camera out my car window.   That's how this picture originated.

Late Sun

"Zoi 's Sunrise". After Zoi passed away late that Saturday night, I spent the night with my brother crying, talking, disbelieving. As night turned into dawn, I opened the small curtains in his room and was presented with a bright, glorious sunrise...oranges. .. purples. ...greys. It struck me clearly to hold faith and remember that after the dark comes the light... If you open the curtains and just look for it.
