Storm Clearing

Zoi's Sunrise

"Zoi 's Sunrise". After Zoi passed away late that Saturday night, I spent the night with my brother crying, talking, disbelieving. As night turned into dawn, I opened the small curtains in his room and was presented with a bright, glorious sunrise...oranges. .. purples. ...greys. It struck me clearly to hold faith and remember that after the dark comes the light... If you open the curtains and just look for it.
