long winter shadows



I love the purple-blue shadows that are cast on winter snow, and a low sun makes the best shadows. Painted from a terrific ref photo on Morguefile (Kettu) Original watercolor size 8x11

    Mom I love the how the purple shadows are long so we can intisapate on how long they really are!! Nice use of the trees!!
