A common theme, I know, but I ALSO painted this one in watercolors, and enjoyed different freedoms in using acrylics here....I liked that I could easily highlight the sunny spots in the valley, as one often sees very bright spots break through an approaching storm. Size 9x12 on acrylic paper.
thanks, Ron...I'm afraid I'm having maybe TOO much fun w/acrylics...they are so forgiving, and the color combinations are awesome. I have some commissioned watercolors to do, so I'll be dabbling in both from now on!
