I bought a new instructional book by Tim Deibler and boy did he debunk the whole process for me! I'm really enjoying his suggestions and there are great in-process paintings from which to learn (which is what I'm all about!). This was one that just worked well...size 8x8 on small canvas. I love snow and I've said many times, the color of the shadows are my favorite!
So nice! What is the name of the book that you bought by Tim? Do you think it has helpful suggestions?
ReplyDeleteIt's VERY helpful (esp to me, being self taught). It's called "Capturing the Seasons in Oil" by Tim Deibler....I highly recommend it!
