I am grateful to a Flickr friend for allowing me to paint from his beautiful photo taken in Maine (Rich Eye). I've never been to Egypt Bay, but now I feel like I must go. The muted browns and greens of the ubiquitous pine trees are the perfect darks against a Maine sunset, always balanced with blues and oranges. Size 12x12 on gallery wrapped canvas.
