The beautiful, purple part of a quahog shell always captivated my attention as a kid, and I liked to learn about its importance to Native Americans in the Northeast.  I took this photo many years ago, and was finally ready to paint it.  It's painted on canvas board, which means it can be set into a frame for hanging.  Size 8x10..
