Funny...as a kid growing up in Brunswick, I never knew that Wells Beach existed as a sanctuary. I look forward to our 10 days there every summer...this is painted from a beautiful dusk, facing east, as the sun set behind Forbes Ice Cream shoppe... "Early Dusk at Wells". size 14x16 on Fabriano paper.
I love this; evocative and leaves room for the imagination and opens up long forgotten memories. Thank you.
